摘 要:目的对消化道肿瘤患者营养风险评估与压疮的发生率进行相关性分析,为临床压疮防范工作提供理论依据。方法对住院的105例消化道肿瘤患者应用营养风险筛查表(nutritional risk screening 2002,NRS-2002)进行营养风险评估,观察患者压疮发生的情况并进行相关性分析。结果存在营养风险者16例,压疮发生率27.12%。无营养风险者2例,压疮发生率4.35%。Logistic回归分析存在营养风险的消化道肿瘤患者压疮的发生率是无营养风险患者的3.276倍。结论营养风险高低与压疮的发生有一定相关性,消化道肿瘤患者进行营养风险评估对于预防压疮的发生率有一定临床意义。Objective To analyze the correlation between nutritional risk assessment and incidence rate of pressure ulcers in patients with digestive tract tumors in oder to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of clinical pressure ulcer.Methods The nutritional risk assessment was performed in 105 hospitalization patients with digestive tract tumor according to nutritional risk screening 2002( NRS-2002) to observe the incidence of pressure ulcers and carry out correlation analysis.Results There were 16 patients with nutritional risk,with the incidence rate of pressure ulcers being 27. 12%,however there were 2 patients without nutritional risk,with the incidence rate of pressure ulcer being 4. 35%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence rate of pressure sores in patients with nutritional risk was 3. 276 times as high as that in patients without nutritional risk. Conclusion The levels of nutrition risk are related with the occurrence of pressure ulcer at some extent,thus,the assessment of nutritional risk in patients with digestive tract tumor has some clinical significance for preventing the occurrence of pressure ulcer.
