摘　　要：介绍了欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范认证产生的背景、认证架构和指导性文件,对认证相关要求及认证体系进行了解读,阐述了认证流程、认证模块等认证过程要素。重点介绍了信号系统相关的技术标准、部件组成及接口要求,为信号系统开展互联互通认证工作提供了思路。The background, certification organization and guidance of technical specification for interoperability （TSI） sponsored by European Union are introduced. Based on an explanation of some key elements of the certification process like certification program and certification modules, the requirement and structures of TSI certification are described. The introduction is focused on related technical standard, parts and interface requirements of signaling system, offering a road map for TSI certification of signaling system.
