颅脑损伤开颅探查术的护理配合要点分析

摘　　要：目的：探析在颅脑损伤开颅探查术过程中护理配合要点及其临床应用价值。方法：分析对象选取于2014年～2017年期间本院收治用颅脑损伤开颅探查术治疗患者相关临床数据，从中选取60例，以患者入院时间先后进行编序，并随机数字表将其以每组30例分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组术中接受常规外科护理配合，观察组患者则在归纳以往颅脑损伤开颅探查术各项资料后制定针对性全面护理配合。比较不同护理配合内容对患者疗效干预及临床意义。结果：评价患者术后病情改善作用，观察组治愈率明显高于对照组，组间差异用统计学软件处理，提示存在意义（P〈0．05）；术后对患者以下生活质量指标进行检测（心理功能、社会功能、物质生活、排便功能、疲惫疼痛），提示观察组患者各项指标数据均明显优于对照组，用统计学软件处理提示有意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在颅脑损伤开颅探查术中护理人员的配合发挥着重要作用，合理全面的护理有利于手术的顺利完成，对患者的术后干预和生活质量有积极意义，值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the points of nursing cooperation and clinical value in craniotomy for craniocerebral injury. Methods： Analysis on object selection in our hospital during 2014 -2017 with craniocerebral injury exploratory craniotomy in treatment of patients with clinical data from 60 cases selected, with the admission time were successively programmed and randomly with 30 patients in each group were randomly divided into control group and observation group, which were accepted combined with routine surgical nursing groups of patients, patients in the observation group was targeted comprehensive nursing care in generalizing previous traumatic brain injury exploratory cranioto- my after the development of the information. Objective to compare the effect of different nursing coordination contents on the curative effect and clinical significance. Results： The evaluation of postoperative effect, the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences between groups with statistical treatment, suggesting the presence of significance （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after the operation of the quality of life of patients with the following indexes were detected （ psychological function, social function, material life, def- ecation function, fatigue, pain） tips the indicators of the observation group patients data were significantly better than the control group, with statistical software processing suggests the significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Play an important role in nursing staff of exploratory cra- niotomy in traumatic brain injury, nursing of reasonable and comprehensive conducive to the successful completion of surgery, and have posi- tive significance for patients after surgical intervention and the quality of life, is worthy of promotion.
