关于中国古代史研究生培养的一些做法和体会

摘　　要：中国古代史的研究生要开阔视野,破除迷信,解放思想,实事求是,一切从实际出发,不能囿于前人成说。要善于分别普遍和特殊,从特殊和普遍的结合上来把握历史发展的规律。坚持研究生的录取标准,是我们能否培养出合格的具有研究能力的人才的前提条件。同时辅导几个研究生,形成一个学术群体,经常在一起互相讨论,取长补短,培养他们同学之间学术上的毫不保留,学习和研究上的相互支持,也培养他们为学术发展同舟共济的学术团队精神。As graduate students who major in ancient Chinese history, they would be better to broaden their horizons, challenge the conventional wisdom, and to seek the truth from the fact and reality and catch the law of history development from the peculiarity and generality. The graduate admission criterion is the prerequisite for educating talents equipped with research ability. Professors would be better to guide several graduate students simultaneously, so that they can have a group, within which they can have discussions and learn from each other. With these supports, the graduate students can form their own academic communities and have community spirit as well.
