摘　　要：为了落实神华集团建设"数据驱动"型一流煤矿的战略,提高神华神东煤炭集团有限责任公司(以下简称神东)发展水平和提升核心竞争力,根据神东在信息化建设和数字矿山建设进程中总结的现有信息管理和数据运营的经验,提出了数据标准化工程。介绍了神东业务现状、信息化现状以及数据现状,给出了数据标准化项目实施的初步规划,阐述了数据架构及标准化体系规划和数据标准化路线规划,最后给出了通过建设数据共享交换平台和大数据平台,实现了对数据标准化工作成效的检验和延伸。In order to implement the strategy of building first-rate coal mines of data-driven type and improve the developmental level and core competitiveness of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group, according to summarized experiences of information management and data operation in the process of information construction and digital mine construction in Shendong Group, data, standardization engineering was put forward. The authors introduced the current situation of business, informatization and data, provided a preliminary implementary scheme of data standardization project, elaborated the data architecture and standardization system planning and data standardization path planning, and achieved in the end that building data sharing and exchange platform and big data platform could realize the check and extension of data standardization effect.
