自测健康评定量表评价广州市城镇居民健康状况的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的考评自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)用于广州市城镇居民的信度和效度。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取广州市范围内的城镇居民共1200名进行现场测试,收回有效问卷1044份。使用SPSS20.0和AMOS21.0进行数据的分析,考察量表的内部一致性信度和分半信度,并同时使用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析考评量表的结构效度。结果总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.941,分半信度系数为0.883。探索性因子分析共提取9个特征值大于1的因子,与理论构想基本吻合。验证性因子分析结果显示,修正后的总量表各拟合指标分别为CMIN/df=3.452<5,GFI=0.878>0.8,IFI=0.924>0.9,TLI=0.916>0.9,CFI=0.924>0.9,RMSEA=0.049<0.05,拟合较好。结论使用SRHMS V1.0测量广州市城镇居民的健康状况是可靠的、有效的。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of Self-rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0 （ SRHMS V1.0） in evaluating the health status of urban residents in Guangzhou. Methods We selected 1200 urban residents in Guangzhou for investigation by stratified random sampling method, and took back 1044 effective questionnaires. The reliability was assessed with Cronbach＇ s α coefficient and Guttman Split - Half coefficient,the structure validity was evaluated with exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis by SPSS 20. 0 and AMOS 21.0. Results The Cronbach＇ s α coefficient of total scale was 0. 941 and the split-half reliability was 0. 883. Nine factors obtained from exploratory factor analysis were basically consistent with the theoretical structure of SRHMS V1. 0. Confirmatory factor analysis showed the total scale after modification has good fitting effect： CMIN/df = 3.452 〈 5, GFI = 0. 878 〉 0. 8, IFI = 0. 924 〉 0.9, TLI= 0. 916 〉 0. 9, CFI = 0. 924 〉 0. 9,RMSEA = 0. 049 〈 0. 05. Conclusion SRHMS V1. 0 is reliable and valid for measuring the health status of urban residents in Guangzhou.
