摘　　要：对转向架轴箱体检修标准进行研究。以成都地铁2号线的SDB-80型转向架为研究对象,针对轴箱体存在的缺陷、内孔锈蚀等情况,以降低报废率与成本为目标,形成了检修标准和管理制度。为后续轴箱体大修项目提供了技术依据,检修标准得以完善后有望提到正式的地铁维修修程。Study is carried out on the maintenance standard for the axle box. Bogie SDB-80 used in Chengdu Metro No.2 Line is taken as the research object, to form the maintenance standard and management principle focusing on the defects and corrosions of inner hole and aiming at scrap rate and cost reduction. It provides the technological basis for the subsequent axle box overhaul project, and it is expected to be applied into the formal maintenance of the metro once the maintenance standard is improved.
