摘　　要：介绍以硅灰石用盐酸分解和固化剂熟化法制备水玻璃的方法。将硅灰石粉末用浓盐酸控制在80℃以下进行酸解反应。以活性二氧化硅为固化剂,将酸化后的物料与固化剂混合均匀后在80~200℃熟化。熟化后的物料在沸水中浸脱氯化钙得到活性二氧化硅。将烘干后的二氧化硅与定量的KOH、NaOH溶液反应制得高品质水玻璃。The method of preparation of sodium silicate by the decomposition of woll hydrochloric acid and curing agent is introduced. The wollastonite powder and hydroc acidification control at 80 ℃. The active silica as curing agent, curing agent and the mixture uniformly at 80～200 ℃ after curing. Curing materials after leaching of calcium chloride is to o silica in boiling water. The high quality sodium silicate is prepared by reacting the dried sili quantitative KOH and NaOH solution.
