摘  要:火电厂镁法烟气脱硫技术优劣对环境有影响,进行了比较分析。基于镁法烟气脱硫技术原理,构建脱硫剂制备与提炼系统、烟气系统、SO_2吸收系统、副产物处理系统和废水处理系统的链条,分析了工艺设计、pH值设定、浆液系统控制和Mg(OH)_2制备等技术要点;并与钙法烟气脱硫技术进行对比分析。分析表明:镁法烟气脱硫技术在效率性、可靠性、经济性和环保具有更大优势,值得在产业转型升级中推广应用。The comprehensive discussion and analysis of magnesium flue gas desulfurization technology for thermal power plants are carried out. Based on the principle of magnesium flue gas desulfurization, the desulfurization agent preparation and extraction system, flue gas system, SO2 absorption system, byproduct treatment system and wastewater treatment system are constructed, to realize the process design. The technical points of pH value setting, slurry system control and Mg(OH)2 preparation are analyzed. Compared with calcium flue gas desulfurization technology, it shows that the magnesium flue gas desulfurization technology has greater advantages in efficiency, reliability, economy and eco-friendliness, worthy of promotion and application in the industrial transformation and upgrading.
