摘 要:基盐氰酸根含量检测是QPQ技术质量控制的一个重要环节,针对目前业内基盐氰酸根含量所采用的甲醛定氮法难以满足自动化分析的技术要求,依据QPQ技术特点,基于光谱分析技术,提出了一种满足全自动和半自动检测仪器研发要求的氰酸根含量测定方法,系统而深入地完成了相关基础实验与分析方法研究。结果表明:该测定方法操作简单、检测快速、准确度高(±6%)、重复性好(相对标准偏差RSD≤5%),能够为QPQ技术质量控制提供精确的技术支持与分析参考,也为QPQ技术基盐氰酸根含量精确快速全自动或半自动分析仪器的开发奠定了技术基础。Determination of cyanate content in base salt is an important link of quality control of QPQ technology. But the formaldehyde titration method for determination of cyanate content widely used in the industry is difficult to meet the technical requirements of automatic analysis. In view of this technology status and according to QPQ technical characteristics, the spectral analysis based determination method of cyanate content in base salt had been put forward to meet the semi-automatic or automatic analytic instrument's research and development. The research of related basic experiment and analysis method had been systematically completed. The research results show that the proposed method for determination of cyanate content in base salt has such technical advantages as simple operation, rapid measurement, high accuracy( ± 6% ) and good reproducibility (relative standard deviation RSD≤5% ), which is able to provide accurate technical support and analysis reference for the quality control of QPQ technology. This work lays the technical foundation for the research and development of fast and accurate semi-automatic or automatic cyanate content analysis instrument.
