摘　　要：为扩大产品规格范围,在Φ180 mm PQF连轧管机组原有孔型的基础上,设计开发125 mm新孔型。以生产Φ73 mm×4.0 mm无缝钢管为例,介绍产品的穿孔、连轧、定(减)径机125 mm孔型的设计与开发,描述125 mm新孔型的设计思路、开发过程及试生产情况。生产结果表明:125 mm孔型设计合理,且产品表面质量良好、壁厚精度高;125 mm孔型的成功开发,使Φ180 mm PQF连轧管机组的产品规格范围下限由Φ114 mm×4.0mm扩展至Φ73 mm×4.0 mm。To expand the product size range, a new 125 mm pass of the Ф180 mm PQF mill is designed and developed based on the original pass. Taking the production of the Ф73 mm×4.0 mm pipe as an example, the design and development of 125 mm pass for the piercer, the PQF proper and sizing （reducing） mill are described, focusing on the design thinking, the development activities and the trial production. The actual production result demonstrates that the design of the 125 mm pass is reasonable, the pipe surface quality is good, and the WT accuracy is high. The successful development of the 125 mm pass has got the lower limit of the product size range of the Ф180 mm PQF mill enhanced from the original Ф114 mm×4.0 mm up to Ф73 mm×4.0 mm.
