摘 要:为解决钢管企业电炉—连铸—轧制—热处理—加工一体化联动生产计划编制问题,建立了5大工序联动一体化生产计划体系,将生产计划联动编制的复杂优化问题分解为4个层次3个分块的处理方法解决,通过某公司产销一体化系统生产计划模块的开发与应用结果表明,该种编制方法可以很好地解决钢管企业多产线、多工序联动编制生产计划的问题。Addressing the issue of preparing steel company's integrated production plan of overall linkaging of such operation steps as steel-making, casting, roiling, heat treatment and processing, a linkaging production plann- ing system with linkage of five major operation steps is set up, with which, the complex production planning issue is separated into three hierarchy and three sub-modules. The development and utilization of the production planning module for a production-sales integrated system as set up by a certain domestic steel tube-making company demonstrate that the said method is capable of managing the issue for steel tube makers to prepare their production plan related to linkage of multiple operation lines and production processes.
