摘　　要：目的了解河南省疾病监测点2013-2014年死亡数据的漏报情况,评价死因监测系统数据的完整性。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,于2015年6-10月共抽取36个疾病监测点324个行政村(居委会)开展漏报调查,收集2013年1月1日-2014年12月31日所有户籍人口的死亡情况,与中国疾控中心死因报告系统的死亡资料进行比对,计算漏报率。结果 2013-2014年共查死亡个案9 372例,其中漏报死亡个案1 289例,2年平均漏报率为13.75%。2013年漏报率高于2014年,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=58.90,P<0.05);农村漏报率高于城市、新增监测点漏报率高于老监测点、不同年龄之间的漏报率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论河南省疾病监测点死因监测数据的完整性正在逐步提高,漏报率还处于比较高的水平,仍需要通过加强死因数据的报告和管理工作,健全死亡数据交换机制,才能从根本上减少漏报。Objective The aim of this study was to examine the under-reporting of death cases in disease surveillance points of Henan province from 2013 to 2014, and thus to evaluate of the completeness of mortality surveillance. Methods Using a multi-stage cluster random sampling, 324 villages （neighborhood committees） were selected from 36 disease surveillance points of Henan from June to October of 2015. The death information of resident from 2013 to 2014 was collected and verified with those registered in the disease surveillance system, in order to identify the under-reporting rate. Results 9372 death cases were investigated from 2013 to 2014 and 1289 cases were under-reported. The average under-reporting rate was 13.75%. The under-reporting rate of 2013 was higher than that of 2014 with statistical significance （~2=58.90, P〈0.05）. The under-reporting rate of rural areas was higher than that in urban. The newly added disease surveillance point was higher than that in oddly point with statistical significance. There was a significant difference between age group in the under-reporting rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The reporting completeness was increasing of the Henan Disease Surveillance System. The under- reporting rate was still at a relatively high level. Reduction of the under-reporting will strengthen the reporting and management of death date and built a mechanism for data sharing and data exchange.
