填精补髓法治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨填精补髓法在痉挛型脑瘫治疗中的临床应用,开拓痉挛型脑瘫治疗新思路。方法：将300例1～6岁痉挛型脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各150例,治疗组在针刺治疗、运动康复治疗、中药熏洗的基础上给予具有填精补髓功效的中药制剂口服。分别治疗3个疗程后进行粗大运动功能、肌张力改善和脑瘫患儿综合功能评定等疗效比较。结果：填精补髓法治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能、肌张力改善和脑瘫患儿综合功能评定等疗效指标改善效果显著。结论：中医药填精补髓法治疗痉挛型脑瘫值得临床研究和推广。Objective：To study using replenishing essence and tonifying marrow method to treat spastic cerebral palsy in clinic,and to develop a new method for spastic cerebral palsy. Methods：There were 300 patients with spastic cerebral palsy aged 1～6 years were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,150 patients in each group. The control group was given acupuncture,athletic rehabilitation and herbal fumigation while the treatment group was given herbal agent for replenishing essence and tonifying marrow besides the treatment in the control group. The gross motor function,muscle tension and the comprehensive motor function were measured to evaluate the effect after 3 courses of treatment. Results：The clinical effect on the improvement of gross motor function,muscle tension and comprehensive motor function in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy by replenishing essence and tonifying marrow was obvious. Conclusion：The method of replenishing essence and tonifying marrow of traditional Chinese medicine for spastic cerebral palsy should be further studied and be promoted in clinic.
