某市体检中心现状调查及公立医院体检中心发展对策  

The investigation of the status quo of the civic medical center and the countermeasure of the development of the medical center in public hospital

摘　　要：目的调查天津市10家三级甲等公立医院体检中心和5家民营体检中心情况,对公立医院体检中心的优势、劣势进行分析,并提出发展对策。方法自行设计调查表,由接受调查的体检中心管理者填写。内容涉及体检中心独立完成的检查内容、健康信息采集、检后服务和体检环境及保障服务等4个方面的20项内容。结果本调查涉及的15家体检中心按照国家卫生部2009年制定的《健康体检管理暂行规定》执行到位,基本实现了"医检分离",但3家体检中心的X线检查、5家的经颅多普勒检查和4家的动脉硬化检查未独立设置,为医检共用。仅有20%的公立医院体检中心开展个人健康信息采集,民营医院为80%;全部公立医院体检中心均开展了检后绿色通道,而民营医院为20%;民营体检中心的体检环境和保障服务普遍要优于公立医院。结论公立医院体检中心应当在转变服务模式、积极开展健康管理,明确市场定位、树立医院品牌形象和改善硬件设备、提供优质舒适环境三个方面下功夫。Objective Through the investigation to the 10 third-Jia rate public hospital medical centers and 5 private medical centers, analyzing the advantage as well as disadvantage of public hospital medical centers, and putting forward the development countermeasures of public hospital medical centers. Method Self-designed questionnaire, filled in by the physical examination center managers. The content involves the inspection contents independently served by the physical examination center, the health information collection, the services after inspection, the medical environment, the security-protecting services and other from 4 aspects including 20 items of content. Result 15 medical centers being investigated are relatively executing the laws published by the health ministry, basically achieving ＂the separation of medicine and examination＂. Nevertheless, some of the specific unconventional checking departments like the department involves 3 X-rays departments, 5 departments of Trans-Cranial Doppler （TCD） and 4 departments of atherosclerosis have not became independent individual units yet. There are merely 20% of the public medical centers have collected the health information, while the private medical centers of which are up to 80%. All public medical centers have carried out the green channels after the health examination with merely 20% of it in the private medical centers. The examine environments of private medical centers and security services are superior to common public hospitals 60%-80%. Conclusion The public hospital medical centers should work hard to transform in three general aspects--the mode of services and actively carry out health management, clarify the market positions and establish the hospital brand images, as well as improving the hardware equipment and provide the high quality and comfortable environments.
