化瘀散结法对子宫内膜息肉患者Ki-67、Bcl-2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过不同治疗方案对TCRP术后患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者子宫内膜Ki-67(增殖细胞核相关抗原Ki-67)、Bcl-2(B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2基因)表达的变化,探讨中医化瘀散结法对子宫内膜息肉治疗的作用途径及作用机制。方法:选择血瘀型子宫内膜息肉患者147例,随机分为中药组、西药组、空白对照组,每组49例;行TCRP后分别给予中药化瘀散结法、西药妈富隆及术后不予用药3种处理方法,疗程3个月,比较治疗前后各组患者子宫内膜Ki-67、Bcl-2表达的变化及差异。结果:治疗后中药组及西药组患者子宫内膜中Ki-67、Bcl-2表达均明显下降,中药组Ki-67、Bcl-2表达下降更明显(P<0.05);结论:化瘀散结法可有效下调子宫内膜息肉患者内膜Ki-67、Bcl-2表达,从而抑制子宫内膜息肉复发。Objective ： To investigate the effects of Huayu Sanjie therapy on the expressions of endometrialKi - 67 Bcl - 2 in patients with endometrial polyp. Methods： According to the diagnostic standard, 147 cases of en- dometrial polyp patients with TCRP were divided into three groups , the Chinese medicine group, the western medicine group, the control group. All patients were treated for 3 months. The changes of ki - 67 and bcl - 2 ex- pressions in endometrium were determined before and after treatment. Results： The endometrial ki -67 bcl -2 expressions of Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine group were decreased after treatment, and the effects of Chinese medicine treatment group were more significant than those in western medicine group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Huayu Sanjie therapy can down - regulated expressions of ki - 67 bcl - 2 in endometrium, then to inhibit the endometrial polyp recurrence.
