摘　　要：目的了解北京市平谷区性病流行概况,掌握其流行特点和影响因素,为制定本地区性病防控措施提供可靠依据。方法采用Excel 2013对数据进行整理,SPSS 17.0进行资料统计,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果2012-2016年北京市平谷区累计报告5种性病病例1 067例。报告发病率在40.12/10万~57.74/10万之间平稳交替波动。2012-2016年性病以梅毒、淋病和尖锐湿疣发病为主,占5种性病报告发病总数的90.82%,梅毒报告发病率最高。女性发病率高于男性。其中20~50岁组人群发病较高。职业主要以家务及待业、农民和工人为主。结论今后北京市平谷区继续加强性病监测,加大筛查范围,及早发现病例,对重点高危人群加大性病知识宣传力度,提高防病意识,以降低低本地区性病发病率。Objective In order to understand the general situation of STD epidemic in Beijing Pinggu District,and to grasp its epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors,to provide a reliable basis for the development of STD prevention and control measures. Methods Using excel to collate statistics,using descriptive epidemiological method analysis. Results 1067 cases of sexually transmitted diseases were reported in Pinggu District in 2012-2016. The incidence of alternating fluctuations between 40. 12/100 000 ~ 57. 74/100 000 stable. The incidence of venereal disease in 2012-2016 was mainly syphilis,gonorrhea and condyloma acuminatum,accounting for 5 of the total incidence of the disease,and the incidence rate of syphilis was the highest in 90. 82%. The incidence rate of female is higher than male. Among them,the 20 ~ 50 age group had a higher incidence. The main occupation of the household and industry,farmers and workers. Conclusion Continue to strengthen the monitoring of sexually transmitted diseases in this region in the future,increase the scope of screening,early detection,focusing on high-risk groups to strengthen health propaganda of venereal disease knowledge,improve their awareness of prevention,reduce the incidence of this area.
