农村籍与城镇籍大学毕业生就业状况比较研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻。通过对农村籍和城镇籍大学毕业生就业状况问卷调查,研究发现:两种户籍学生就业去向都集中表现为直接就业和升学两种;学生满意度总体不高,城镇籍学生略高于农村籍;学生起薪均值相当,城镇籍略高于农村籍;六成以上学生集中在私营企业和国有企业,城镇籍学生就业质量高于农村籍;七成以上学生工作与专业相关度高,城镇籍相关度略高一点;五成以上学生聚集在省会城市,六成聚集在中部地区。基于影响学生就业的个人、学校、社会和家庭等因素,在促进就业对策上,学生要积极增加自己的人力资本和社会资本,高校要提升就业服务水平,政府要加强就业工作宏观调控。In recent years, the employment situation of university graduates in China has become more and more serious.By the questionnaire survey on the status of employment of rural and urban graduates, the study found that: the employment of two kinds of household registration students are concentrated on the direct employment and enrollment; the student satisfaction is not high, but urban students is slightly higher than the rural nationality;60% of the students concentrated in the private sector and state-owned enterprises, but urban students employment quality is higher than the rural nationality; the relevance between work and professional is high in more than 70% of the students, the proportion of urban students is higher than that of rural nationality; more than 50% of the students gathered in the provincial capital city, and 50% of the students gathered in the central region. Based on factors such as individual, school, society and family that affect students' employment, in order to promote employment,students should actively increase their human capital and social capital, universities should raise the level of employment service, and the government should strengthen the macro-control of employment.
