纽曼健康系统模式下的三级预防护理干预对男性生殖系统肿瘤初诊病人的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨纽曼健康系统模式下的三级预防护理干预对男性生殖系统肿瘤初诊病人的影响。[方法]将80例男性生殖系统肿瘤病人根据随机原则分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组病人给予常规心理指导,观察组病人在对照组的基础上给予纽曼系统模式下的三级预防干预护理干预,干预3个月后比较两组病人的焦虑、抑郁评分和遵医行为。[结果]观察组病人焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,观察组病人的遵医行为(按时服药除外)优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]将纽曼系统模式应用于男性生殖系统肿瘤初诊病人中可有效帮助病人提高自我应对能力和遵医行为,缓解病人的焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective：To probe into the Influence of three levels of preventive nursing intervention under Newman health system model on male patients with newly diagnosed reproductive system tumor.Methods：A total of80 patients with male reproductive system tumors were screened from our hospital from January 2001 to March2017.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random principle.The patients in control group were given routine psychological guidance.The patients in experimental group were given three levels of preventive nursing intervention under Newman health system model on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the anxiety and depression scores and compliance behaviors were compared between the two groups.Results：The scores of anxiety and depression in experimental group were lower than those in control group.The compliance of patients in experimental group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Newman system model applied in male patients with newly diagnosed reproductive system tumors can effectively help patients improve self-coping ability and compliance behaviors,reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression and other negative emotions.
