摘 要:为提高茭白秸秆堆肥的质量,以上海市青浦区的茭白秸秆和普通废菌菇渣为材料,设置加微生物菌剂和不加菌剂(对照)2个处理,进行了微生物菌剂对茭白秸秆堆肥过程影响的试验。结果表明:接种菌剂的茭白秸秆堆肥温度上升迅速,升温后堆体的温度比对照高8.5℃以上;在堆肥过程中,堆体的含水量和pH均呈下降趋势,2个处理的变化趋势基本一致;接种菌剂处理堆体的EC值变化幅度大于对照,但总体变化趋势基本一致;在堆肥前期,接种菌剂处理的发芽率低于对照,堆肥结束后2个处理的发芽率均达到94%以上。总的来看,接种菌剂可明显提高茭白秸秆堆肥的温度,加快茭白秸秆中有机物质的分解速度,加速茭白秸秆腐熟的进程,有利于堆肥质量的提高。In order to improve the quality of Zizania latifolia straw compost, the effect of microbial inoculums on composting process of Zizania latifolia straw were studied. The Zizania latifolia straw and ordinary waste mushroom residue of Qingpu were used as material, and 2 treatments of adding microbial inoculants and non-inoculants( control) were set up. The results showed that the compost with microbial inoculums raised the temperature quickly,and the temperature of compost with microbial inoculums was above 8. 5 ℃ than CK after heating up. In the process of composting,the water content and pH of the compost showed a downward trend,and the change trend of the 2 treatments was basically the same. The EC value change amplitude of the compost with microbial inoculums was greater than that of control, but the overall change trend was basically the same. The germination rate of inoculums treatment at the early stage of composting was lower than that of the control, and the germination rate of the 2 treatments reached more than 94% after the end of the composting. In general, the microbial inoculums could obviously improve the temperature of Zizania latifolia straw compost, accelerate the decomposition rate of organic matter in Zizania latifolia straws, accelerate straw decomposition process of Zizania latifolia, and improve the quality of compost.
