摘  要:介绍了固体推进剂中铝的凝聚相燃烧产物种类及收集方法;分析了铝粉在燃烧表面区域的团聚物演化过程;综述了氧化剂粒径、燃烧压强、铝粉粒径和推进剂燃速对铝团聚的影响,并总结了各因素的作用原理;介绍了抑制铝粉团聚的方法。建议进一步开展铝团聚机理研究,深入揭示推进剂燃烧凝聚相及气相环境对铝团聚行为的影响,构建基于推进剂燃烧物理过程的铝团聚仿真模型,掌握满足高能量要求的铝团聚抑制技术。附参考文献74篇。The species and collection methods of condensed phase combustion products of aluminum in solid propellant combustion were introduced.The agglomerating evolution process of aluminum powder on the combustion surface area was analyzed.The effects of oxidizer particle size,combustion pressure,aluminum powder particle size and burning rate of propellant on the agglomeration of aluminum powder were summarized,and the function principle of each factor was summarized.The methods of inhibiting aluminum powder agglomeration were introduced.It is suggested to further study the agglomeration mechanism of aluminum powder,deeply reveal the effect of condensed phase and gas phase environments on the agglomeration behaviour of aluminum powder,construct the agglomeration simulation model based on propellant combustion process and grasp the aluminum agglomeration inhibition technology which meet high energy requirements with 74 references.
