摘　　要：目前我国钢铁行业产能过剩形势严峻,"走出去"是化解产能过剩的主要途径之一。我国钢铁产能"走出去",是产能的输出,是优势产能的国际合作,是钢铁产业进入全球价值链中高端的重要环节。我国钢铁行业拥有"走出去"的客观实力,"一带一路"国家战略为钢铁产业"走出去"提供了广阔的海外市场。At present,China＇s steel industry overcapacity situation is very serious and ＂going out＂ is one of the main ways to resolve overcapacity. The ＂going out＂ of China＇s steel industry is the output of production capacity,which is an international cooperation in terms of production capacity, and also an important link in the middle and high-end of the steel industry entering the global value chain. Besides China＇s steel industry has the objective strength of ＂going out＂ and the ＂Belt and Road＂ national strategy has provided a vast overseas market for the steel industry to ＂going out＂.
