摘　　要：如何彰显图书馆服务效能,强化存在感、吸引社会关注,提高读者利用率和办馆绩效,是图书馆管理者及其馆员需要关注的一个课题。本文结合厦门市图书馆在阅读推广、服务效能等方面的创新案例及效果,以及这些效果最终给图书馆事业发展带来的推动力,探讨公共图书馆社会影响力提升的路径。How to show the service efficiency of library,strengthen its social presence,attract the society's attention and improve readers' use rate and library performance has become an important project for library managers and librarians. This paper discusses the path of improving public library's social influence by presenting the innovative cases and effects of reading promotion,service efficiency and some other aspects of Xiamen Municipal Library,and also the impetus brought by these effects to the development of Xiamen Municipal Library.
