摘  要:将近红外光谱技术应用于短道速度滑冰运动员无氧阈训练中,为近红外光谱技术在运动训练中的应用提供依据,并将其应用效果与传统的运用4mmol/L血乳酸浓度对应心率的乳酸阈强度的训练效果进行比较研究。将20名短道速度滑冰运动员随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组受试运动员使用Monark 839E功率自行车进行递增负荷测试至力竭,通过Porta Lite实时无线血氧监测系统找到氧合血红蛋白含量出现较大幅度下降时的点所对应的心率,并以该心率为受试运动员的乳酸阈强度所对应的心率。对照组在每级负荷结束时即刻采集指尖血测血乳酸,找出血乳酸浓度为4mmol/L所对应的心率。然后两组受试者按照各自乳酸阈强度所对应的心率进行为期4周乳酸阈强度训练。结果发现,经过4周乳酸阈强度训练,两组运动员有氧能力均得到了显著提升,说明近红外光谱技术能够应用于短道速度滑冰运动员无氧阈训练中,并能无创测定运动员个体乳酸阈,该方法可代替传统运用4mmol/L血乳酸浓度测试乳酸阈强度的方法。By applying the Near Infrared Spectroscopy technology to short track speed skaters' aerobic threshold training,this paper aims at providing reference to the application of near infrared spectroscopy in sports training,and at the same time,and comparing it with the training effect of the traditional way of using 4 mmol/L blood lactate concentration corresponds to the heart rate of lactate threshold intensity. 20 short track speed skaters are selected as the research subject,and are randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The subjects in experimental group uses Monark 839 E power cycle to do incremental test to exhaustion,at the same time,Porta Lite real-time wireless blood oxygen monitoring system is used to find out the corresponding heart rate point when the level of oxyhemoglobin decreased by a large margin. And that heart rate is used as the one that corresponds to the lactate threshold. The fingertip bloods of subjects in control group were collected to measures their blood lactate at the end of each step load to find out the heart rate when the blood lactate concentration is4 mmol/L. Then two groups both took a 4-month intensity training based on their own lactate threshold. The results show that after 4 weeks of lactate threshold intensity training,the two groups ' aerobic abilities were increased significantly,which means near infrared spectroscopy can be applied in short track speed skaters' aerobic threshold training,and can be used to achieve non-destructive determination of athlete individual lactate threshold,which could be a substitution for the traditional 4 mmol/L blood lactate concentration test.
