摘　　要：由于自身的经营机制十分灵活,我国民营企业在改革开放过程不断发展壮大,为经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献。同时,民营企业在发展过程中也面临着一系列的障碍,存在着一系列的问题。为了更好地促进民营企业的发展,为经济社会发展提供更加有力的支持,必须通过改革,有效地消除其发展的障碍。As its operation machanism is very flexible, private enterprises have been developing rapidly inthe process of reform and opening and have made great contribution to the development society. Meanwhile, they are still facing a series of obstacles and problems in the process of development. In order to promote the development of private enterprises and provide more powerful support for the economic and social development, the obstacles need to be eliminated effectively by reform.
