摘　　要：右美托咪定(Dexmedetomidine,DEX)是一种新型高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑及降低交感神经张力等特点。随着研究的不断深入,DEX在器官保护作用方面展示了较好的应用前景。文章从DEX的肾保护作用及其可能作用机制两大方面进行综述。Dexmedetomidine, a new highly selective α2-adrenergic agonist, has sedation effect, analgesic effect, anti-anxiety effect and can reduce sympathetic tension. With the development of the research, dexmedetomidine display a very good application prospect. The research progress on renal protection of dexmedetomidine and its mechanism in renal protection were reviewed as follows.
