摘  要:通过态势分析法(SWOT分析)将我院药剂科的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行全面分析,制定科室战略定位。将平衡计分卡和科室战略发展有机结合,以科室内外部环境为基础将科室发展的任务和决策转化为财务、客户、流程、学习与成长四个维度体系。通过建立专项战略管理团队、分解战略行动方案、保持目标体系持续改进等对策来帮助科室逐步实现战略管理,完成发展目标。Through the situation analysis (SWOT analysis), we made a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of our pharmacy, and formulated the strategic orientation of departments. The balanced scorecard and department strategy development is organically combined. Based on the indoor and outdoor environment, the tasks and decisions of department development are transformed into four dimensions: finance, customer, process, learning and growth. By establishing special strategy management team, decomposing strategic action plan, and keeping target system continuous improvement, we can help departments achieve strategic management and achieve development goals.
