欠发达地区脑瘫患儿照护者家庭支持需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨欠发达地区脑瘫患儿照护者的家庭支持需求并分析其现状。方法采用基本情况调查表和脑瘫患儿家庭需求量表对2016年1—12月在某三甲医院小儿神经康复中心诊疗的108例脑瘫患儿照护者进行问卷调查。结果脑瘫患儿照护者家庭支持需求总分为(103.13±10.498)分,其中经济需求维度"提供医疗费用补助"条目所得分值最高(3.62±0.488)分。男、女两组各维度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示CP患儿家庭支持需求不会因其性别的不同而出现不同需求。结论脑瘫患儿照护者家庭支持需求总体水平较高,欠发达地区经济需求尤为显著。Objective To explore the family support needs of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy in less developed areas and analyze their status. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 108 children with cerebral palsy who were diagnosed and treated by children＇s neurorehabilitation center from January to December 2016. Results The total score of family support for the caregivers of children with cerebral palsy was （103.13±10.498） points. In the economic demand dimension, the score of ＂providing medical expense subsidy＂ was the highest （3.62±0.488） scores. There was no significant difference in the dimensions between the two groups of men and women （P 〉 0.05）, suggesting that the family support needs of CP children do not need diferent needs due to their gender diferences. Conclusion The overall level of family support needs is higher in children with cerebral palsy, especially in less developed regions.
