摘 要:目的探讨在关节镜下应用LARS人工韧带重建膝后交叉韧带的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月来我院就诊的膝后交叉韧带损伤患者23例作为研究对象,对所有患者均行LARS人工韧带移植重建术治疗,对比治疗前后膝关节活动度以及膝关节评分情况。结果术后对患者进行随访,并对患者的膝关节功能进行评估,术后患者膝关节活动度大于术前,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后患者的Lysholm评分相比于术前明显较高,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在关节镜下对膝后交叉韧带损伤患者行LARS人工韧带移植重建术治疗,具有抗拉强度高、术后恢复较快以及创伤较小的特点,临床治疗效果较优,LARS人工韧带可作为抑制韧带的主要材料。Objective To investigate the clinical efect of the reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy. Methods 23 cases of posterior cruciate ligament injury in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research subjects. All patients were treated with LARS artifcial ligament reconstruction. The degree of knee joint activity and the score of knee joint before and after treatment were compared. Results After operation, the patients were followed up, and the function of knee joint was evaluated. Postoperative knee motion was greater than that before operation. The diference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). After the operation, the Lysholm score of the patients was signifcantly higher than that before the operation, and the diference between the groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament of knee injury underwent LARS artificial ligament reconstruction treatment has high tensile strength, faster postoperative recovery and less invasive features, clinical curative effect is better than the LARS artificial ligament can be used as main material to inhibit the ligament.
