摘　　要：目的探讨喉癌术后鼻饲饮食护理要点。方法纳入2015年6月—2017年4月90例喉癌术后鼻饲饮食患者,以数字表法分组。对照组给予常规的护理干预,观察组给予系统化护理干预。比较两组喉癌术后鼻饲饮食护理满意度;喉癌术后鼻饲胃管拔除时间、术后平均住院时间;干预前后患者心理焦虑程度、生活质量水平、血清总蛋白、转铁蛋白水平、血清总蛋白、转铁蛋白。结果观察组喉癌术后鼻饲饮食护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组喉癌术后鼻饲胃管拔除时间、术后平均住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论喉癌术后鼻饲饮食系统化护理效果确切,可有效减轻患者焦虑情绪,有助于改善患者营养状况和尽早拔除胃管,可缩短出院时间,提高患者满意度和生活质量。Objective To explore the key points of nasal feeding after laryngectomy for laryngectomy. Methods 90 cases of nasogastric diet after laryngectomy for laryngectomy from June 2015 to April 2017 were grouped by digital table. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given systematic nursing intervention. The satisfaction of the two groups of laryngectomy with nasal feeding was compared. The extraction time of nasogastric tube after laryngectomy and the average hospitalization time after operation; The level of mental anxiety, quality of life, total serum protein, transferrin, total serum protein and transferrin before and after intervention. Results The satisfaction degree of nasal feeding after laryngectomy in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The extraction time of nasogastric tube after laryngectomy and the average hospitalization time after operation were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion After the laryngectomy, the effect of nasal feeding and systematic nursing is exact, which can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients, help improve the nutritional status of patients and remove gastric tube as early as possible, which can shorten discharge time, improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
