摘　　要：医院科研经费精细化管理,为医院科研发展提供了重大保障。但现阶段我国医院科研经费管理中存在着诸多的问题,因此剖析医院科研经费管理问题,并针对问题提出精细化管理策略,力求确保医院科研经费的合理应用,旨在科学研究工作中,推动医院可持续发展。The fine management of hospital scientific research funds provides a great guarantee for the development of hospital scientificresearch.However,there are many problems in the management of hospital scientific research funds in our country at present.Therefore,thispaper analyzes the management of hospital scientific research funds,and puts forward detailed management strategies to ensure the rationalapplication of hospital scientific research funds in order to promote the sustainable development of hospitals in the scientific research work.
