氯沙坦联合应用贝那普利治疗肾实质性高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察氯沙坦联合应用贝那普利治疗肾实质性高血压的临床疗效与安全性,分析该联合用药推广的可行性。方法选择我院就诊的80例肾实质性高血压患者,随机分为对照组(D组,40例)和观察组(G组,40例)。两组患者均给予贝那普利治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加以氯沙坦进行治疗。观察并记录两组患者的临床疗效。结果 G组患者的血压水平、24 h尿蛋白含量、血肌酐浓度等指标控制情况及总有效率均显著优于D组,其不良反应发生率显著低于D组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合贝那普利治疗肾实质性高血压,疗效更高,不良反应更少,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of losartan combined with Benner Pury in the treatment of renal parenchymal hypertension.Methods 80 cases of patients with renal parenchymal hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given Benner Pury treatment, the observation group was treated with losartan on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and recorded.Results The control indexes of group G were significantly better than those of group D,the total effective rate was higher than that of group D,and the adverse reactions were less than those of group D, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Losartan combined with Benner Pury in the treatment of renal parenchymal hypertension, the curative effect is higher, less adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
