摘　　要：目的探究氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的效果。方法于2016年4月~2017年4月随机抽取在我院接受治疗的急性心肌梗死患者100例作为观察对象,对患者进行分组处理,入院号单号者为观察组(50例),采取氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,入院号双号者为对照组(50例),采取常规治疗。分别观察两组患者的血脂水平、抢救情况、住院情况以及不良反应的发生情况。结果将观察组与对照组相比,患者的血脂水平各项指标均要显著优于对照组,组间比较的差异明显(P<0.05);观察组中,抢救成功的有48例(98.0%),对照组中抢救成功36例(72.0%),两组患者的存活率进行比较得出的差异显著(x2=9.2354;P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的溶栓时间、住院时间均要比对照组更短,各项指标进行比较得出的差异明显(P<0.05)。结果氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的效果较高,患者的血脂水平在治疗后得到了明显的改善,并且患者的抢救成功率高,后期的康复情况也较为理想,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the combination of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods From April 2016 April～2017 years, 100 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were randomly selected in our hospital as observation objects,grouping of patients into the hospital number for the observation group （50 cases）, take clopidogrel in combination with aspirin treatment,the admission number number for the control group （50 cases）,take routine treatment.Blood lipid levels were observed in two groups of patients, emergency treatment,hospitalization and adverse reactions.Results The observation group compared with the control group,patients The indicators of blood lipid levels were signi？cantly better than the control group,the difference between two groups （P〈0.05）;in the observation group, the successful rescue of 48 cases, accounting for 98%,the control group in the successful rescue of 36 cases,accounting for 72%,the survival rate of the two groups of patients were compared with signi？cant difference （X-=9.2354;P〈0.05）;at the same time, the observation time of thrombolysis group,hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,the indicators that signi？cantly difference（P〈0.05）.Results The higher the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,blood lipid level of patients After the treatment has been signi？cantly improved,and the rescue success rate of patients is high,the recovery of the later is more ideal,worthy of clinical promotion time of thrombolysis group,hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,the indicators that signi？cantly difference（P〈0.05）.Results The higher the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,blood lipid level of patients After the treatment has been signi？cantly improved,and the rescue success rate of patients is high,the recovery of the later is more ideal,worthy of clinical promotion
