动态心电图在冠心病心肌缺血和心律失常诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析动态心电图在老年冠心病心肌缺血与心律失常诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院门诊收治的老年冠心病患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例患者,对照组应用常规心电图检查,观察组应用动态心电图进行检查,对比两组患者应用不同检查方法对于老年冠心病患者的心肌缺血与心律失常症状的检出情况。结果经统计结果显示,观察组应用动态心电图检查诊断心肌缺血的阳性检出率为87.5%(30/40),高于应用常规心电图检查的对照组的52.5%(21/40),组间对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组在心律失常方面的阳性检出率77.5%(31/40),高于对照组的50.0%(20/40),组间对比差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用动态心电图对于老年冠心病心肌缺血与心律失常诊断检出率更高,可作为早期诊断的有效检查方法。Objective To analyze the value of dynamic electrocardiogram （Holter） in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group, the control group used routine ECG examination, observation group used dynamic electrocardiogram examination, application effect of different inspection methods for the detection of senile patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia arrhythmia symptoms were compared. Results The statistical results showed that the positive rate of diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of dynamic electrocardiogram in observation group was 87.5% （30/40）, higher than 52.5% （21/40） of conventional electrocardiogram in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups, P〈0.05. In the observation group, the positive rate of arrhythmia was 77.5%（31/40）, higher than 50%（20/40） of the control group, there was signifcant difference between the two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram has a higher detection rate for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. It can be used as an effective method for early diagnosis.
