连续性肾脏替代治疗对脓毒血症合并急性肾损伤患者早期治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的对脓毒血症合并急性肾损伤患者采用连续性肾脏替代治疗措施进行早期治疗,查看其治疗效果。方法选择78例脓毒血症合并急性肾损伤患者参与研究,根据患者的肾损伤严重程度分为三组,其中Ⅰ期组26例,Ⅱ其组26例,Ⅲ期组26例。对三组患者均采用连续性肾脏替代治疗,查看三组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,三组患者的血氧饱和度、平均动脉压和尿量均有改善现象,且Ⅰ期组患者的改善程度最为明显。结论采用连续性肾脏替代治疗措施治疗脓毒血症合并急性肾损伤患者,可以结合患者肾损伤的严重程度选择最佳治疗方案。Objective To treat patients with sepsis and acute renal injury by using continuous renal replacement therapy for early treatment, and to study the effect of the treatment. Methods 78 patients with sepsis and acute kidney injury were included in the study. According to the severity of renal injury, they were divided into three groups, including 26 cases in stage I, 26 cases in stage II, and 26 cases in stage III group. Three groups of patients were treated with continuous renal replacement therapy to study the effect of three groups of patients. Results After treatment, the blood oxygen saturation, the mean arterial pressure and the urine volume of the three groups were improved, and the improvement of the patients in the group I was the most obvious. Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy for sepsis combined with acute kidney injury can be combined with the severity of renal injury to select the best treatment plan.
