两种药物联合应用方案治疗老年性阴道炎的临床评价

摘　　要：目的研究乳酸菌阴道胶囊与结合雌激素(倍美力软膏)联合用药方案治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效及复发情况,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法选取2015年5月1日—2016年5月1日本院老年性阴道炎女性患者200例,将其依据随机数字表法原则分2组,100例为一组。一组给予结合雌激素(倍美力软膏)为主治疗(称为:对照组),另一组再联合使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊(称为:观察组),对比2组临床疗效和随访不同时期的症状发作情况。结果观察组老年性阴道炎女性患者在治疗后,其总有效率高达95.00%,而随访6个月的症状反复发作概率是9.00%,12个月概率上升幅度较低,为18.00%,和对照组相比,前者处于优势地位,P<0.05。结论在使用结合雌激素(倍美力软膏)的基础上,针对老年性阴道炎女性患者再联合实施乳酸菌阴道胶囊的方案治疗,其效果更为理想。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and recurrence of lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with estrogen （memel ointment） in the treatment of senile vaginitis; and to provide a reference for clinicians to choose a rational drug use scheme. Methods From May 1, 2015 to May 1, 2016, 200 patients with senile vaginitis were selected from shenyang kangping county people’s hospital. And they were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table method, and each group had 100 cases. One group （control group） was treated with combined estrogen, the other group （observation group） was combined with lacidophilin vaginal capsules. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the symptoms of the patients were followed up for different periods. Results The total effective rate of the senile vaginitis in the observation group was up to 95% after treatment, and the probability of recurrent attacks of symptoms was 9% for 6 months of follow-up. The rise range of 12 months was low （18%）. Compared with the control group, the former one was in the dominant position, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Based on the use of conjugated estrogen （BMS）, it is more ideal for female patients with senile vaginitis to combine lacidophilin vaginal capsules’ regimen.
