助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究在高龄产妇分娩中实施助产护理干预的临床效果。方法选取178例高龄产妇分为两组,一组接受常规分娩护理干预(对照组),一组接受全程助产护理干预(观察组),分析两组产妇分娩方式及产程。结果观察组自然分娩率和新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,产程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产护理干预在高龄产妇中有效实施,对提高自然分娩率和减少新生儿窒息的发生有良好效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of midwifery nursing intervention in elderly maternal childbirth. Methods 178 elderly women were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups. One group was given routine childbirth care （control group） and the other group was given nursing interventions for full course midwifery （observation group）. The delivery mode and birth process of the two groups were analyzed. Results The rate of natural childbirth and newborn Apgar score in the observation group were higher than the control group, the production process was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention of midwifery is effectively implemented among the elderly women, and has a good effect on raising the rate of natural childbirth and reducing the occurrence of asphyxia of the newborn.
