冠脉介入治疗对冠心病急性心肌梗死患者的治疗效果及对血浆BNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的对冠心病急性心肌梗死患者采用冠脉介入治疗的效果以及对血浆BNP水平的影响进行分析和讨论。方法随机选取我院2016年4月至2017年3月接收的冠心病急性心肌梗死患者84例为研究对象,根据患者的入院时间将其分为两组,其中对照组采用一般方法进行治疗,研究组则在一般治疗方法的基础上采用冠脉介入方法进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和血浆BNP水平。结果经过治疗之后,两组患者的病情均有所改善,通过比较两组患者血浆BNP水平可知,研究组要比对照组低出许多;在治疗总有效率方面,对照组是75%,研究组是95%,研究组明显高于对照组,两项比较存在显著差异,统计学意义均成立(P<0.05)。结论将冠脉介入应用于冠心病急性心肌梗死治疗之中,不仅能够提高治疗效果,同时也可以促进BNP水平的降低,在临床中具有良好的发展前景。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of coronary intervention on coronary heart disease patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） and the influence on plasma BNP level.Methods in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 received coronary heart disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction 84 cases were randomly selected as the research object,according to the admission time were divided into two groups,the control group used the general methods of treatment,study group on the basis of general treatment by percutaneous coronary intervention treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups patients and the level of plasma BNP.Results After treatment,both groups of patients were improved by plasma BNP level compared to that of group than in the control group in the treatment of many low;the total efficiency,the control group is 75%,the research group is 95%,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,a significant difference statistical significance was established.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of coronary intervention in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease can not only improve the therapeutic effect, but also promote the reduction of BNP level,which has a good prospect in clinical development.
