治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的盐酸普萘洛尔乳膏处方及制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究盐酸普萘洛尔乳膏处方及其制备工艺,用于治疗婴幼儿表面血管瘤。方法:采用正交试验优化盐酸普萘洛尔乳膏处方及制备工艺。优化处方组成,包括油相、水相、乳化剂比例。优化工艺包括乳化温度、乳化速度。结果:经过正交试验优化后,所制样品均匀、细腻,色泽光亮,涂展性和稳定性好。盐酸普萘洛尔含量为标示量的99.88%~102.89%。结论:盐酸普萘洛尔乳膏处方合理,制备工艺可行,含量稳定。Objective：To study the formulation and preparation technology of propranolol hydrochloride cream（PHC）for treatment of superficial infantile hemangiomas.Methods：The formulation and preparation technology of PHC were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The optimized formulation contained the proportion of oil phase,water phase and emulsifier,and the optimized technology included emulsifying temperature and speed.Results：The samples prepared by orthogonal experiment were uniform and smooth,and had good color,spreadability and stability.The contents of propranolol hydrochloride were from99.88% to 102.89% of the labelled content.Conclusion：The PHC formulation was rational with practical preparation technology and stable content of propranolol hydrochloride.
