摘  要:利用直流稳态法测量两种不同直径单晶银纳米线在不同温度下的热电性质。结果表明银纳米线导热、导电性质与体材料相比有巨大差异,具体表现在银纳米线的电阻率要比体材料大,导热系数比体材料的小很多;在测量温度范围内,银纳米线导热系数随着温度的增加而增加,其变化趋势与体材料相反;电导率以及洛伦兹数随温度变化趋势与体材料相同,随温度的升高而升高。将银纳米线暴露在空气中24小时后,电阻率增加近2.5倍,因此在应用过程中需要额外注意金属纳米线的化学稳定性。The thermoelectric properties of two kinds of silver nanowires with different diameters at different temperatures were measured by DC steady-state method. The results show that the thermal conductivity and conductivity of silver nanowires are greatly different from those of bulk materials. The results show that the resistivity of silver nanowires is larger than that of bulk materials, and the thermal conductivity of silver nanowires is much smaller than that of bulk materials. In the temperature range, the thermal conductivity of silver nanowires increases with the increase of temperature, and the change trend is opposite to that of bulk materials. The electric conductivity and Lorentz number are the same as the bulk materials with the increase of temperature, and increase with the increase of temperature. After the silver nanowires were exposed to air for 24 hours, the resistivity increased nearly 2.5 times, so the chemical stability of metal nanowires should be paid more attention in the application process.
