摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖酸钙锌口服液联合无乳糖奶粉治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法将120例轮状病毒性肠炎病例随机分成2组,常规给予思密达、肠道益生菌及补液治疗,对照组母乳或普通配方奶喂养,治疗组无乳糖奶粉喂养及葡萄糖酸钙锌口服液治疗,观察5 d后的治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组且病程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论葡萄糖酸钙锌口服液联合无乳糖奶粉治疗轮状病毒性肠炎能提高疗效,缩短病程。Objective To investigate therapeutic efficacy of calcium and zinc gulconates oral solution incombination with lactose-free milk power in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis.Methods 120 patients with rotavirusenteritis were randomly divided into two groups.Besides the routine treatment of administration of dioctahedral smectite,probiotics and fluid infusion, patients in the control group continued to receive breast-feeding or general milk formulafeeding, while patients in the treatment group additionally received lactose-free milk power feeding and the administrationof calcium and zinc gulconates oral solution.The treatment efficacy in both groups was observed5 days later.ResultsAfter 5 days, the total response rates were significantly different between the two groups.The total duration of the treatmentgroup was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion Calcium and zinc gulconates oral solution in combinationwith lactose-free milk power shows significant effects in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis.It can improve treatmentresponse rates, shorten the course.
