艺术院校创新创业教育特色凝炼

摘　　要：艺术类学生在就业创业方面有其特点,自主创业倾向性较强、专业性较明显、行业性相对集中、产业特色较为明显。在"大众创业万众创新"的大好环境下,艺术院校要理性思索,立足艺术教学,从组织管理、体制机制、课程体系、队伍建设、评价体系等方面加强艺术类学生的创新创业教育。Students of art colleges show their characteristics in the employment and entrepreneurship-showing an obvious tendentiousness in self-employed,professional,industrial and obvious industry characteristics.In the environment of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",art colleges and universities should have rational thought,based on teaching practice,organizations,system and mechanism,curriculum,the ranks of teachers and evaluation systems to strengthen their innovation and entrepreneurship education.
