摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病血糖与胰岛素剂量的关系。方法:112例2型糖尿病病人接受胰岛素泵治疗8 d,对每天8次指尖血糖及胰岛素用量24段基础率、基础总量、三餐前大剂量及大剂量总量进行直线相关分析及多元线性回归分析。结果:空腹、餐后血糖均与基础胰岛素总量呈线性负相关关系。结论:基础胰岛素剂量影响空腹及餐后血糖,对血糖调节很重要。Objective: To investigate the relationship of blood glucose level and insulin dose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes( T2 DM) with insulin pump. Methods: Total of 112 patients with T2 DM were treated with insulin pump for 8 days. The levels of 8 times fingertip blood glucose every day,24 period base rate of insulin dosage,and large dose and total dose before three meals in all patients were analyzed using the linear correlation and multiple linear regression methods. Results: The levels of fasting and postprandial blood glucose were negatively correlated with the total amount of basal insulin. Conclusions: Basal insulin dose affects the levels of fasting and postprandial blood glucose,which is important in regulating the blood glucose.
