摘 要:单级桥式功率因数校正(PFC)变换器由于变压器漏感的存在,会产生桥臂电压尖峰,严重影响变换器的正常工作。为有效解决这一问题,在分析桥臂电压尖峰的产生机理、阐明有源钳位电路对桥臂电压尖峰的抑制作用的基础上,分析有源钳位电路钳位开关管漏源极电压尖峰的产生机理,并提出一种让桥臂上管工作在零电压开通状态,以解决钳位开关管电压尖峰的方法。针对输入电流过零阶段桥臂电压尖峰无法被有源钳位电路吸收的问题,提出钳位开关管在该阶段一直关断的控制方法;针对输入电流过零阶段钳位开关管存在冲击电流问题,提出一种改进的有源钳位电路,有效解决了该问题。仿真和实验结果均验证了理论分析的合理性和所提方法的有效性。Due to the leakage inductance of the transformer,voltage spikes exist across the bridge arm in single-stage full-bridge PFC converter.It seriously affects the normal operation of the converter.To solve this problem,the forming mechanism of voltage spikes across bridge arm and the principle of active clamp circuit absorbing voltage spikes are analyzed.Accordingly,the forming mechanism of drain-source voltage spikes of clamp switch is analyzed,and the method that upper switches of bridge arms are operating in ZVS mode is hence proposed.Regarding the voltage spikes across bridge arm cannot be absorbed during input current zero crossing stage,the method of keeping clamp switch off is this stage is proposed.To avoid the inrush current of clamp switch during input current zero crossing,an improved active clamp circuit is proposed.The analysis and the proposed methods are verified by the simulation and experimental results.
