废弃新疆棉秆皮脱胶技术及效果分析

摘　　要：探讨了废弃新疆棉秆皮脱胶技术。对棉秆皮进行了预碱预氧处理,为后续的脱胶打下基础。在脱胶试验中,采用了二次碱煮脱胶方法,并利用均匀试验设计对二次碱煮阶段工艺进行了优化验证。结果表明,棉秆皮的脱胶效果较好,残胶率为3.45%。The degumming process of abandoned Xinjiang cotton stalk bast fibers was discussed.The cotton stalk bast was treated by pre-alkali and pre-oxygen to provide fundamental base for the further degumming.In the degumming experiment,the method of twice alkaline boiled degumming were used,the process of second alkaline boiled stage was optimized by uniform test design.The result showed that the degumming effect of cotton stalk bast was good and residual gum ratio was 3.45%.
