摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列负载型Ni催化剂(110~130),其结构经TEM,XRD和XPS表征。研究了110~130对乙酰丙酸加氢环合合成γ-戊内酯的催化性能。考察了载体、Ni负载量及反应溶剂等对乙酰丙酸转化率和γ-戊内酯选择性的影响。结果表明:125的催化性能最好。在最优条件(以水为溶剂,于140℃,氢气压力4.0 MPa反应6 h)下,乙酰丙酸转化率为100%,γ-戊内酯选择性为99.9%。A series of SiO_2 supported Ni catalysts( 110~ 130) were prepared by the conventional impregnation method. The structures were characterized by TEM,XRD and XPS. The catalytic properties of 110~ 130 were investigated by the reaction of hydrogenation/cyclization of levulinic acid to γ-valerolactone. The effects of the supports,Ni loading and solvents were investigated. The results showed that125 exhibited highest catalytic performance. The conversion of levulinic acid and the selectivity to γ-valerolactone were up to 100% and 99. 9%,respectively,under the optimum reaction conditions( water as solvent,H2 pressure of 4. 0 MPa,reaction at 140 ℃ for 6 h).
