摘 要:为解决间充质干细胞定向分化和支架材料相容生长的问题,将透明质酸(HA)依次接枝甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、磺化和与金属蛋白酶(MMP)多肽交联,制备了MMP多肽交联磺化接枝甲基丙烯酸HA的水凝胶(MSMe HA,1),其结构经1H NMR,FT-IR,SEM和DMA表征。并研究了1的细胞毒性和蛋白携载性能。结果表明:1具有薄壁多孔结构;1对蛋白吸附与携载能力明显优于未磺化的MMP多肽交联接枝甲基丙烯酸HA的水凝胶(MMe HA)。1在振荡负荷下的储能模量降低约54%。In order to solve the problem of directional differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and the compatible growth with scaffold materials. Metalloprotease peptide( MMP) cross-linked sulfonated methacrylic acid grafted HA hydrogel( MSMe HA,1) was prepared by grafting with methacrylic acid,sulfonating and metalloprotease peptide cross-linking with MMP. The structure was characterized by1 H NMR,FT-IR,SEM and DMA. The cytotoxicity and protein-carrying property were investigated as well. The results showed that 1 had porous structure,and its protein adsorption and carrying capacity was superior to MMe HA hydrogel. The storage modulus of 1 under shock load decreased about 54%.
