血清维生素D水平对儿童特应性皮炎的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童血清维生素D水平对儿童特应性皮炎的影响。方法:检测收集到的62例AD患儿及60例健康儿童血清维生素D水平。按照患儿SCORAD评分来确定其病情严重程度,评分高者病情重。维生素D补充实验的AD患儿基础治疗为口服左西替利嗪口服液一个月,实验组补充维生素D1000IU/天2个月。结果:(1)AD患儿血清维生素D水平为(19.97±8.47)ng/mL,健康对照组儿童为(23.36±9.06)ng/mL/。(2)维生素D水平随SCORAD增加而减小(P=0.003,r=-0.368)。(3)治疗前后,实验组维生素D变化为(17.9±6.08,25.1±6.3),SCORAD变化为(44.1±11.5,22.2±7.3),对照组维生素D变化为(16.5±6.3,17.9±5.8),SCORAD变化为(44.9±11.3,28.5±7.6)。结论:(1)AD患儿血清维生素D水平低于健康儿童。(2)血清维生素D水平与AD严重程度呈负相关关系。(3)补充维生素D治疗儿童AD有效。Objective:To investigate the effect of serum vitamin D level on atopic dermatitis in children.Methods:The serum vitamin D levels of 62 children with AD and 60 healthy children were measured.The severity of the disease was determined based on the scores of SCORAD.The higher the score was,the more sever the patient's condition was.The basic treatment on children with AD in vitamin D supplementary trial was oral left cetirizine oral liquid for one month.The experimental group were supplemented with vitamin D1000 IU/for 2 months.Results:(1)The serum vitamin D levels in children with AD were( 19.97 ± 8.47) ng/mL,and those in the healthy control group were( 23.36 ± 9.06) ng/mL.(2)Vitamin D levels decreased along with the increasing of SCORAD levels( P = 0.003,r =-0.368).(3)Before and after the treatment,the experimental group of vitamin D changed to( 17.9 ± 6.08,25.1 ± 6.3),and SCORAD changed to( 44.1 ± 11.5,22.2 ± 7.3).In control group vitamin D changed to( 16.5 ± 6.3,17.9 ± 5.8),and SCORAD changed to( 44.9 ± 11.3,28.5 ± 7.6).Conclusion:(1)Serum vitamin D levels in children with AD were lower than those in healthy children.(2)Serum vitamin D levels were negatively correlated with the severity of AD.(3)Vitamin D supplementation was effective in the treatment of AD in children.
