摘  要:分析了宽板坯连铸机生产包晶钢时结晶器液面波动产生的原因,发现钢水凝固过程包晶反应引起的坯壳不均匀是造成结晶器液面波动的主要因素,而根据钢水实际成分计算的包晶点碳含量与钢水实际碳含量的差值超过某个范围会加剧坯壳的不均匀,进而对结晶器液面波动有影响。通过优化钢水成分,控制计算包晶点碳含量与实际碳含量的差值,解决了超宽板坯连铸机生产包晶钢结晶器液面波动过大的生产难题,稳定了连铸机生产和铸坯质量。The cause of mold level fluctuation in wide slab caster producing peritectic steel was analyzed. It was foundthat the main factor for mold level fluctuation was the unevenness of strand shell caused by peritectic reaction during solidif?ying of liquid steel. If the difference values between calculated carbon content at peritectic point according to actual heat a?nalysis of liquid steel and actual carbon content are beyond a certain ranger, the unevenness of strand shell was enhancedand then these influenced the fluctuation of mould level. By controlling the difference value between calculated carbon con?tent and actual carbon content through optimization of steel chemistry analysis, the problem had been settled; the produc?tion and slab quantity was improved.
