摘  要:为解决棉织物易沾污的问题,用防污型含氟聚氨酯通过浸渍的方法进行整理,并对整理工艺进行了探究。最佳整理工艺为:含氟聚氨酯用量30%,光固化时间60 s。防污整理织物的水接触角为158.0°,拒油等级为8级,防污等级为4~5级,具有优异的防污性能,对橙汁、酱油、辣椒油等生活常见污物都具有很好的防护能力。防污整理织物也具有一定的耐酸碱稳定性,尤其是在p H=3~11时,接触角均在150.0°以上,且在-10~150℃环境下均保持优异的防污性能。整理织物经过600次摩擦后的水接触角为150.2°,拒油等级为6级,防污等级为4~5级,并具有优异的耐摩擦性。In order to solve the problem of easy contamination of textile, cotton fabric was finished by antifouling fluorinated polyurethane by the method of impregnation, and the finishing process was explored. The optimal finishing process was that the dosage of fluorinated polyurethane was 30% and the curing time was60 s. The water contact angle(CA) of antifouling fabric was 158.0°, oil-repellent grade was 8 and antifouling grade was 4~5. The fabric exhibited excellent antifouling performance, which presented excellent protective ability to various infectants in daily life like orange juice, sauce and capisol. The finished fabric had acid and alkali resistance, especially when the p H was 3~11, the water CA was higher than 150.0°. Besides, the cotton fabric maintained good antifouling property when the temperature range was between-10 ℃ and 150 ℃. The treated cotton fabric owned strong abrasion resistance. After 600 times friction, the CA maintained 150.2°, the oil-repellent grade was 8 and the antifouling grade was 4~5. And the abrasion resistance was excellent.
